I had a bit of a rough time but it taught me something.
Let’s be clear, the turn podpak is a great invention. They are neat and clean, the podpen hits right every time and is very discreet. That being said, I tried using these to avoid buying flower and have a steady supply. I was advertised that the hemp pods were 15 each on subscription and could be mailed, but with no indication that this was apparently a discount. The first package was SEIZED by ups for no apparent reason. After waiting two weeks, I filed a claim with ups and then contacted Turn. Originally I ordered two with the intention of making them last all month. Turn sent me a package to replace it at no cost, but then the order form I was sent revealed to me that the price is in fact now 30 per pod. That doubled the cost! When i asked why, turn said the earlier price was a discount. So anyway UPS did eventually deliver the seized parcel, so then i had 4 pods for the apparent price of one.
The first time you hit one, it takes you to the moon, but that’s the problem for me. After trying to use this as my daily driver, my tolerance was so high that I ran through four carts in 20 days! At 30 a cart, I could be buying top shelf in legal states so it just isn’t worth it for that purpose. Now all that said, if you aren’t a chronic user like me, and you want something very nice and discreet that hits like a tank, go right ahead. I would advise using it for special occasions like a hike or a boring job. Another note is that I got two different kinds that were supposed to be indica (turn down) or sativa (turn up) but in all honesty they worked exactly the same with no discernible difference in the experience or quality. Just a slightly different taste was all. Thank you turn for making a good product and convincing me I need a higher paying job XD
